Georgia’s Army City Project to Deliver Apartments to 1,216 More Military Personnel

On 6 November, Georgia’s Defence Ministry confirmed that another 1,216 military personnel are expected to receive apartments under the Army City housing project in Tbilisi by the end of 2027. The construction contract with Anagi has been increased from GEL 144 million to GEL 147 million, and GEL 30 million has already been paid as an advance. The project creates opportunities in residential construction, building materials and property services; HPC can support real-estate market research, supplier assessments and development analysis.
